Kroenke is within 10 shares of being compelled to make an offer on EPL club Arsenal. There are also some NFL rules that precludes an owner from owning another pro franchise in another market. Funny(or sad) how I've read a couple of articles on this story and Kroenke's ownership of the Rapids of MLS is not mentioned.
